I know I’m not alone in saying that I’m pumped to see Brock back in a wrestling ring. I don’t know if it’s a full-time return, or just a short stint to generate buzz, but either way I’m glad it’s happening. Seeing him hit that F5 on Cena, to me, was very reminiscent of The Attitude Era. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of those people who thinks that a second coming of The Attitude Era is imminent or even within the realm of possibility. I’m simply saying Brock’s return reminded me of it. It was great to see the show end with such a huge question mark. I feel like that’s something that the WWE has been lacking as of late. Brock’s return was the exclamation point on a highly enjoyable episode of Monday Night Raw, and it’s been a long time since I was this excited about the upcoming Monday night.
